courses your staff are attending

If you sell expensive, luxury products like yachts, exclusive holidays or designer clothes newsletters also work really well.
Your customers often think hard before they make their purchase and are more likely to choose you if they know and trust you.
The most important thing you can do?...
... forget the hard sell.
People will just unsubscribe if all you do in your newsletter is promote yourself.
Think of your newsletter as more of a relationship builder.
Fill it with really useful free information which leaves your potential buyer feeling warm about you and your company.
Sure if you have a great offer include it... but give away free information as well.
The next most important thing to do is to give lots of links back to your website.
Ultimately your website is your best internet marketing tool and you want people to visit it.
Next consider spending the time and money to produce your newsletter in HTML.
It's easy to send newsletters as PDF attachments but unfortunately a large percentage of e-mails with attachments are removed by spam filters. Also lots of people are lazy and won't click through to the PDF.
And finally you need to come up with a great title to entice people to open your newsletter.

We add a page or 2 of great informative content to your website each month.
Then in the newsletter we include a short piece about the articles and link to the web page.
